The best way to keep your coffee fresh is to seal the pack tightly, put the pack into an airtight container and store in a cool dark dry place like your pantry.

We will do our best to process your order within 24 hours of receiving it during working hours Monday to Friday.
We will send you an email with the courier information on it so you’ll be able to track your order. COVID-19 regulations means that the courier is not allowed to contact you. They will leave the package at a point on your property that makes sense. Normally at your door.
For orders in the North Island, delivery is usually the next day.
For orders in the South Island, delivery takes up to 3 working days.
In saying that, with the current COVID-19 situation, we anticipate some delays, so be aware of that.
We roast our coffee at our roastery called Roastco. It is owned by Columbus and run by David Burton, one of the founders of Columbus Coffee 25 years ago.
David is our Roast Master – he brings over 35 years of coffee experience to the team.
We also have Tia, who both roasts our coffee and is part of our barista training team. Ron is our other roaster, who is super passionate about getting our coffee to your door – he’s the one on the end of the phone calls!
