We value your privacy and we will never share your order, personal or payment details with anyone. We will only use your contact information if we need to get in touch about your order.
You will be added to our mailing list only if you opt in, you are free to unsubscribe at any time. Your email address will never be sold.
Payments and Security
Payments are processed by Stripe this way we can ensure all your personal and financial information is secure. Your credit card information is never captured or stored in our system.
Shipping within New Zealand is free. It is important to us that you are drinking fresh coffee, so all orders are despatched directly from our roastery in Auckland via Courier. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery, if you are rural allow an extra 2 days. All orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day. For orders placed on the website a tracking number for your item will be emailed upon dispatch.
We ship orders Monday – Friday, unless it is a public holiday, then we will be at home with a big cup of coffee and our feet up.
Returns and Refunds
We work hard to produce your coffee so you can enjoy the best quality at home. If for any reason you are unhappy or have concerns about your order, please get in touch.
All orders received are final and the goods will be shipped as per your order, so please double check your details are correct. If you do notice any mistakes, drop us a line as soon as possible and we will fix it.
